Evidence that summer is coming to an end, and that I now have a school-age child. Last night was the first night I had any dreams about it, and suddenly I am a little apprehensive about not knowing what she will do while she is in school. I am sure she will be fine, but it's the first few days of her not knowing where she should go, or who to trust, or who any of the kids around her are... that is what's making me edgy.

She'll be okay. I completely understand. I followed the bus to school the first week Katie was in Kindergarten. And then I would watch her until she was in the school! I was just sure they were going to lose a Kindergartner!
