♥You know that friend that you don't have to call every day and they don't get jealous or worry?
♥That friend who supports you, even when you are a bit crazy?
♥That friend who you can talk to about anything?
♥That person in your life who isn't your spouse, sister, or family member, but you could be family with, people think you might be family, or you even act like family sometimes (minus the feuds)?
♥That friend who you can call on last minute for anything and they do whatever they can to help?
♥You know that friend who insists on sharing coupons, food, clothes, hair bows, ideas, tips, camera lenses and laughs with you?
♥That person you would buy a ticket to New Moon for, even if you hated Twilight (which I don't but I am just saying. . . )? side note: got the ticket today!
♥Do you have that friend who can see the spirit of the law and the letter of the law and talk about it rationally without getting into any kind of tiff over?
♥That friend whom you love to hate a bit {secretly of course} because you envy their clothes, body, hair, talents, etc???
♥That friend who's play list is always got a song on it that you want to copy!
♥That friend that goes home after hanging out with you and does the same thing you do. . . blogs!
If you don't have that kind of friend, don't steal mine!! ☺
My Dana is just such a friend. And she isn't the only person in my life this, but by and far, has been there in my life the longest. Of all my friends rowing up, she is the first one that I have managed to hang on to. we have been able to stay close because we have lots in common, but also because we aren't in the same ward, and we haven't moved away from each other. Our lives are fairly parallel, (and about to become even more so!!! Wink Wink! Dana!)
I am so grateful for her in my life.
Along with many of the friends in my life who have been there, regardless of how long we have known each other. Variety is the spice of life, they say. I think that includes a variety of friends, too. Don't you? Today the spice of choice is Dana.
